At DeadWitty, we create unique, made-to-order pieces for those who see beyond the surface. We believe in the quality of our creations — but if something isn't right, here’s how we’ll handle it.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:
    Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions:
    Custom or limited edition items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

  • Process:
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval:
    If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Due to the limited nature of our collections, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved and refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@deadwitty.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)
